Diem Brown, who was known for her appearances on MTV's "The Challenge" died on Friday at 32 years old, People confirmed Brown had been diagnosed with cancer for the third time this past summer.
Brown had recently been asking fans for support, advice and prayers via her Twitter account. "Whatever option I have to LIVE I'm grabbing!" she wrote on Tuesday. She had previously been diagnosed with ovarian cancer in 2006 and 2012, but her most recent bout had spread to her colon and stomach lining.
The reality star from Georgia made her first "Challenge" appearance on "Fresh Meat" in 2006 and revealed on the show that she had been diagnosed with ovarian cancer. She returned for another season, "The Duel," and during an intimate moment, she removed her wig in front of her fellow competitors. Her on-again-off-again relationship with Chris "CT" Tamburello was one of the series' greatest love stories and plot lines. She also appeared on "The Gauntlet III," "The Duel 2," "The Ruins" and "Battle of the Exes."
