It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out how to dip a chip into guacamole.
Or does it?
In his new Cooking Channel show, "You're Eating It Wrong," Sporkful host Dan Pashman elicits help from a real life rocket scientist to determine the proper form required to dip a tortilla chip and garner maximum guac, all while avoiding chip breakage. Surprisingly, chip dipping has many similar traits to rocket launching.
Chances are, you've been dipping your chip wrong this whole time. Check out the video above to avoid this kind of mortifying party foul, and get the most dip for your chip.
