Monkfish is often called the poor man's lobster because of its meaty texture but easier-on-the-wallet prices. Yet for a lot of home cooks they stay away because it is unfamiliar.
However cooking monkfish is just as easy as any other seafood, so we went to Kingsley where chef Roxanne Spruance gave us her tips. She approaches the monkfish like a piece of meat, and shares her recipe for success.
