Yes, most of us are probably happier to daydream about that extra serving of stuffing than our next treadmill session. But there are some easy ways to sneak fitness into your holiday schedule that don't have to suck all the fun out of it. These tricks can guarantee you feel more festive and less full on the other side.
To hold yourself accountable, trainer Julie Voris suggests in the video above, sign up for something active Thanksgiving morning, like a local race. If you really don't think you have the time, try a workout DVD at home while your turkey's in the oven, instead of rushing right to the next task on your to-do list. "Take those 30 minutes and get it done," she says.
