Visual Blog: Don't Be A Duck

Faster, faster, faster! More, more, more! Must, must, must!



It sometimes feels like we are ducks that from outside seem composed and controlled but in reality, we are anything but. We are stressed, anxious, confused and scared but we just do not show it.



This cannot last long. Longstanding stress will make us sick, destroying us from inside out. Emotions can be handled and lead, but we all have to first take the responsibility and decide not be a duck.
